Manage an adult social care account

Welcome to our test site

We are currently testing a new functionality which will allow you to get access to your social care account. You will be able to view your basic personal details, view your Support Plan and exchange communications with your social worker. You will also be able to let us know if any of your details held on the system are incorrect.

For the testing we are selecting a small group of people, who will be asked to provide us feedback, so we can improve the site and fix any broken links, navigation or content issues. We will let you know when this functionality becomes available to everyone. If you are in the group that was selected for testing, your social worker will contact you to discuss the process.
