• Notify Leicester City Council Adult social care if any of your details change.


• Leicester City Council is not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of you sharing or losing your username or password.


• If you are accessing your My adult social care account using a public computer or device, please ensure that you do not allow your password or personal details to be saved (please choose "no" if you are asked if you want to save a password) and log-off from My social care account when you have finished.


• Leicester City Council Adult social care may change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by the Council. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as updated and/or amended.


• Adult Social Care (ASC) ensures that all staff have the right to work in an environment free from violence, aggression, discrimination, and harassment and where appropriate to take and support action to protect staff.


• If you contravene any of these terms and conditions, your account may be closed without notice.
